Step 1 Raw Material Screening and Acceptance
Before production, our QC team conducts a comprehensive inspection of all incoming raw materials, including eyelash fibers, lash bands, adhesives, and packaging materials. We strictly check the material purity, texture, flexibility, and safety compliance, eliminating unqualified raw materials at the first stage. laying a solid foundation for finished product quality.
Step2 Semi-Finished Product Process Inspection
Key inspection points include:
• Eyelash Curl Consistency: Check whether the curl , length are consistent with the customized standards, ensuring no deformation, uneven cur.
• Adhesion Fastness Test: Conduct a pulling force test on the bonding part between eyelash fibers and the lash band to verify the adhesive strength, avoiding problems such as hair shedding and fiber loosening.
• Size & Specification Verification: Use precision measuring tools to check the length, width, and fiber diameter of semi-finished products, ensuring strict compliance with order size requirements.
Step4: Finished Product Appearance and Craftsmanship Inspection
• Fiber Uniformity Check: Inspect whether the eyelash fibers are neat, smooth, and free of stray hairs, with consistent thickness and natural color, no color difference, fading, or dyeing defects.
•Tape Test:Tape Test: The tackiness of the tape is critical. If it is too sticky, the lashes will not separate easily when removed; conversely, if it lacks sufficient adhesion, individual lashes may detach and scatter from the tape in the finished product.
4. Safety & Performance Testing
• Packaging Integrity Check: Inspect the inner tray, outer box, and packaging accessories for damage, deformation, or printing defects.
• Label & Mark Verification: Confirm that product labels, brand logos are clear, accurate and neatly pasted
• Quantity & Matching Check: Strictly count the product quantity to ensure it is completely consistent with the order, and verify that all customized accessories are complete and correctly matched.
